Rules for browsing the website and using FASSAS procedures and authorised accounts.

Purpose and access
The site presents the Federation and supports licence applications and authorised accounts. Public browsing is open. Personal, club, league and Federation areas require appropriate rights. These terms do not replace statutes, sports rules or decisions governing licences.
Your application and account
Provide accurate information, authentic documents and usable contact details, and report errors. A legal guardian must take part for a minor and supply required documents. Never share your password or verification codes.
Assessment and account access
Submitting an application does not guarantee a licence. Authorised staff assess it and may request corrections. Follow activation instructions. Organisation officials must use access only within their duties and scope.
Permitted use
Do not impersonate others, submit forged documents or attempt to access another person’s files. Circumventing protections, disrupting the service, mass extracting personal data and publishing unlawful content are prohibited. Respect others’ and the Federation’s rights.
Licences, corrections and erasure
The platform offers no self-service licence cancellation or deletion. Use available account reports or contact the Federation. Data rights can still be exercised without logging in.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance or incidents may interrupt the service. Published information may be corrected. Applicable federal documents and decisions take precedence over a website presentation. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property and data
Respect rights in texts, images, logos and documents. Read the legal notice and privacy policy for responsible parties, data uses and your rights.
Disagreements or complaints
Contact the Federation first with a clear description of the problem to seek a solution. Applicable legal rules determine the competent court; this page imposes no exclusive court.
Changes to these terms
This page displays its version date. Significant changes to procedures or data uses must be accompanied by appropriate information.
