Understand the information used in your applications and how to contact the Federation to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible?
FASSAS is the data controller for federal management and applications. Contact: fassasactivitessubaalgerie@gmail.com, 20, avenue du 1er Novembre, Algiers. The technical provider acts for the purposes of its contract with the Federation.
Who is concerned?
Applicants, licence holders, legal guardians, emergency contacts, club and league officials, and internal platform users.
Which data and purposes?
Identity, contact information, affiliation, photograph, national identification or identity document number and supporting files are used to assess applications and manage licences. Guardian information and parental authorisation support applications for minors. Medical certificates, medical declarations, blood group and insurance are requested in the federal process. Account data, reports and technical logs support operation, assistance and security.
Required fields and third parties
The form identifies necessary information and documents. An incomplete application may prevent assessment. Inform your guardian and emergency contact about the use of their details. Supply only the information requested.
Access and recipients
Assessment involves authorised club, league and Federation staff according to their duties. Maintenance may require controlled intervention by the technical provider and host. Application files and medical documents are not intended for public directories or search engines.
Hosting and external services
The main hosting is provided in Algeria by Algérie Télécom. Cloudflare Turnstile is used during registration and may process technical connection information outside Algeria. Links to Facebook or international federations lead to independent services with their own policies.
Retention
Information is used for assessment, federal management and applicable retention obligations. Retention must be proportionate to these purposes; unnecessary information should be deleted or anonymised, subject to obligations and ongoing disputes. Ask the Federation about the rules applying to your file.
Your rights
Algerian Law no. 18-07, as amended, regulates personal data protection. You may request information, access, correction and, where legal conditions are met, objection or erasure. Contact the Federation with your request; proportionate identity verification may be necessary. Data erasure does not automatically cancel a licence, and some information may need to be retained.
Complaints and security
You may contact the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPDP) under its procedures. Technical and organisational measures must protect information; no system can guarantee absolute security. Report access anomalies promptly to the Federation without sharing documents.
Draft on your device
With your agreement, only club, league and discipline choices are stored locally for 24 hours. You can delete them from the form. No documents, medical information, identity or contact details are included.
